CREDIT REPAIR CONTRACT, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE and LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

You have contracted 1stCreditExperts.com to assist you to repair your credit. 1stCreditExperts.com utilizes all known remedies permissible by law in disputing items on your credit report which you have identified as inaccurate or questionable.

Our Policy allows you to cancel this Agreement at any time with no further obligation. 1stCreditExperts.com does not charge you in advance for any of the work we performed. Payments received for our work performed are not refundable.

In consideration of 1stCreditExperts.com's credit repair services and information you agree to the following:

1) You agree to initially provide 1stCreditExperts.com with current, legible current copies of all three credit bureau reports and all personal identification needed for our process.

2) You agree to cooperate with 1stCreditExperts.com in the analysis of your credit history and the identification of all inaccurate or questionable items on your credit reports.

3) You agree to pay 1stCreditExperts.com the initial setup fee of $89 (or $133.50 if you sign up and your spouse signs up also). Your initial setup fee is not collected until the sixth business day after your sign up date.

4) You agree to pay 1stCreditExperts.com a monthly fee of $39 for our Standard Program (or $58.50 if you and your spouse sign up together) at the end of each month of service, or if you elect to purchase our Premium Program the fee is $79 per month (or $118.50 if you and your spouse sign up together) at the end of each month of service.

5) You agree to grant 1stCreditExperts.com permission to withdraw funds for work already performed from your credit card or bank account.

6) You agree to provide 1stCreditExperts.com with current legible copies of all 3 credit reports and all correspondence which you receive from the credit bureaus during the span of the contract.

7) You agree to promptly notify 1stCreditExperts.com of any change of your in your personal information, such as, name, address, phone number, email address and/or marital status.

1stCredtExperts.com monthly fee for an individual on the Standard Program is $39.00 with an initial setup fee of $89.00. 1stCreditExperts monthly fee for an individual on the Premium Program is $79 with an initial setup of $89.00. If you elect to sign up with a spouse, your spouse will automatically receive a 50% discount on both the setup fee and the monthly fee. The total monthly fee with spouse is $58.50 and the setup fee is $133.50 for the Standard Program and the total monthly fee with spouse is $118.50 and the setup fee is $133.50 for the Premier Program. When signing up with spouse, you both must purchase the same program. In the event one spouse should complete or otherwise cancel the contract prior to the other spouse, the monthly fee for the remaining spouse will be $39.00 for Standard Program and $79.00 for Premium Program. Included in you initial setup includes data entry into our proprietary software, preparation for credit repair process, data verification, and setup of the payment scheduling system.

Both of our programs include a comprehensive analysis of your credit report and the systematic dispute of any/all questionable and erroneous items contained within your 3 credit reports. Throughout the duration of the contract, 1stCreditExperts.com will prepare and send letters to the credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors/collection agencies, as deemed appropriate, on your behalf and in your name. This ongoing 1stCreditExperts.com system monitors the results, continues our efforts, and consult with you as needed.

1stCreditExperts.com cannot guarantee a specific result or an estimate on how long the entire process takes. The length of this contract is entirely dependant on the number of accounts that we will be disputing, and may take more or less than six months.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

By checking the box on our online web site application form that states: "I certify by checking this box and providing my Social Security Number, I am a minimum of 19 years of age, acknowledge that I have read all the legally required statements, and give my electronic signature and limited power of attorney for 1stCreditExperts.com to perform any work on my behalf. You are representing and agreeing you accept all the terms and conditions as if you had physically provided your signature.

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

Please note, this is a "Limited Power of Attorney" providing 1stCreditExperts.com with the permission to represent you in accordance with this contractual Agreement. Your Limited Power of Attorney is only authorizing / directing 1stCreditExperts.com to act as your disclosed or undisclosed agent when performing the services you have retained 1stCreditExperts.com to provide. For the length of this Limited Power of Attorney we will write, sign, and send letters to the credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors, as deemed appropriate, in your name and on your behalf. Upon cancellation of the contract with 1stCreditExperts.com, the Limited Power of Attorney will end.

You may cancel your electronic authorization and your Limited Power of Attorney at anytime by sending 1stCreditExperts.com by going online and complete a short form, stating that you retract your electronic authorization. Without this electronic authorization and Limited Power of Attorney, 1stCreditExperts.com cannot represent you, and by canceling it, that will terminate this Agreement.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

1stCreditExperts.com Policy allows you to cancel this agreement at anytime and you will have no further obligation notwithstanding any language included in the following required notices.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:

You may cancel this Agreement without penalty or obligation at anytime before midnight on the fifth business day after the date on which you signed this agreement. Review the attached Notice of Cancellation form for an explanation of this right.

CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor a credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported up to 10 years.

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violated the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.

Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.

You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute that accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.

If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel this contract, without penalties or obligations within 5 days from the date the contract is signed.

Upon canceling, any payment made from you to 1stCreditExperts.com must be returned to you within 15 days following receipt by 1stCreditExperts.com of your cancellation notice.
Should you elect to cancel, the steps are simple.
